Requirement: STRESS ENGINEER

Experience:
2 to 6 years.

Educational Qualifications:
BE/BTech in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering. ME/MTech Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering.

Role:
Performing pre-design trade studies on in-service and new Aircraft structures. Construct & Analyze major component FEM in support of design/stress activities. Calculation of component internal loads for sizing.

Skils:
2-7 years minimum in Structural Stress Analysis, preferably in Airframe Structures.
Hands on experience in Structural Analysis of Aerospace Metallic and/or Composite structures using Hand Calculation & FEM (MSC Patran and MSC NASTRAN).
Ability to write macros using VBA/MS Excel.
Able to carry out the Stress Projects independently with minimal supervision.

Requirement: LEAD TOOL DESIGNER

Experience:
10 to 15 years.

Educational Qualifications:
BE/MTech from NTTF, CITD, GTTC & CIPET.

Skills:
Design of Jigs & fixture, gauges and Ground Support Equipment tools for aerospace. Preferably welding and machining fixtures.
Good GD&T and Product design knowledge.
Production of detail drawings, BOM's and assembly drawings.
Manufacturing support, working concurrently with Manufacturing Engineers to ensure Design for manufacture.
Creation of technical / design reports / documents.
Responsibility for all tooling facets of a project from initial concepts through to production/completion.
Interaction with global customers to understand their requirements and deliver on time and with quality.
Familiar with aerospace design requirements.
Familiar with AS 9100 C quality process, TQM.
Excellent spoken & written communication skills along with good customer interaction skills are essential.

Requirement: SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Experience:
3 to 5 years.

Educational Qualifications:
BE/ BTech

Skills:

  • V&V
    Performing Requirements, Design (structured and/or Matlab/Simulnk/SCADE model based) and Code Reviews, compliant with DO-178 guidelines
    Requirements-based Testing (RBT):
    HW-SW Integration Testing/SW-SW Integration Testing
    Low-Level Testing (Unit testing) - on System Testing
    Rigs/Emulators/Simulators/Debuggers/Single-Board Computers and use (CAN/ARINC etc) bus analysers, commercially available test tools (LDRA/RTRT).
  • Development
    Understanding high level requirements and architecture.
    Developing good quality low-level requirements (detailed design) from high level requirements.
    Communicate and demonstrate identified defects/issues to developers and/or customers efficiently and convincingly.

Requirement: PRINCIPAL SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Experience:
6 to 9 years.

Educational Qualifications:
BE/ BTech

Role:
Team leading – providing technical direction in compliance with DO-178B guideline and/or project specific software verification plan for the team, and providing necessary support to the project manager in efficient execution of the project. Communicate and demonstrate identified defects/issues to developers and/or customers efficiently and convincingly.
