How would you describe your journey at Assystem India and its impact on you?
When I joined Assystem India, I never anticipated how deeply this journey would shape me, both professionally and personally. Over the years, I’ve seen the company evolve and expand its global footprint, and I’ve had the privilege of contributing to its mission of driving sustainable engineering solutions.
What makes the culture at Assystem unique, and how has it influenced your role as HR Head?
