The project’s scope involves a comprehensive review of the entire project preparation and implementation. Assystem is tasked with ensuring the Concessionaire’s designs adhere to standards, supervising on-site execution, and monitoring project performance. The company is also responsible for environmental compliance, safety audits, traffic management, and integrating advanced systems such as Electronic Toll Collection and Advanced Traffic Management Systems.
