Why this approach?
This shift reflects a clear intent: we want value addition for our clients, not just through design excellence, but by helping them work smarter and manage better. One way we’re doing this is by adding inbuilt digital services alongside our core engineering offerings.
A recent example of this approach can be seen in the Yadgir Water Supply project, a project undertaken as part of the Jal Jeevan Mission. The original scope of work was focused solely on detailed design. But our team saw an opportunity to make things easier for the client. We included a Digital Monitoring Tool, called SitEXP to help with day-to-day project tracking. The tool not only made it simpler for the client to stay updated, it reduced paperwork, and improved how they managed resources. The client didn’t ask for it, but they quickly saw the impact.
Paving the Way Ahead
Reflecting on the new strategy, Sushma adds, “This kind of proactive collaboration is now shaping how we operate. By combining disciplines we’re creating solutions that fit the full picture, not just one part of it. With this approach, the client gets more than they expected. And we build relationships that go beyond just delivering a project.”
